The construction environment poses many challenges to machinery, and the latest JCB 535-95 Industrial Loadall is a telehandler that’s designed to meet the unique demands of any site head-on. Compact dimensions, unrivalled manoeuvrability, unparalleled build quality and all-day operator comfort are just the beginning.
As with all JCB Construction telescopic handlers, the 535-95 is purpose-built to the exact needs of operators like you. So unrivalled productivity, efficiency, safety and serviceability will help you to take on the toughest workloads day in, day out.
Heavy-duty axle feet help the JCB 535-95 Industrial Loadall telehandler to absorb the immense stresses generated during continuous heavy material rehandling applications, while a one-piece fully welded chassis maximises strength and minimises weight.
There’s a tough U-shaped boom pressing with fully welded closing plates. For extra strength, there are large boom overlaps of up to 1.0m; we’ve also reduced joints and stress points across our integrated boom nose and one-piece closing plate.
To provide long-term corrosion protection, we dip JCB Industrial telehandler cabs in electrophoretic ally prior to painting. Keyhole castings hold the tilt and extension rams in place to further improve overall structural integrity.
Hydraulic hoses are intelligently routed through the boom for maximum protection; the bonnet is side-mounted, which protects it from site damage; and rear lights fold up to keep them clear and well protected from damage when working on site.
The boom on a JCB 535-95 Industrial Loadall telehandler is mounted low in the chassis, providing an extremely rigid structure and maximum over-the-shoulder visibility.
The new Industrial Loadall range’s stringent testing programme has included prolonged high stress loading of the chassis, boom and other key components, as well as repeated transmission use over thousands of cycles.
Optional front and top screen roof guards offer additional protection from falling debris.
JCB’s innovative Clean Burn technology helps DieselMAX, which means that you don’t have to worry about costly time-consuming DPF
The 74kW/100hp engine variant fitted to this telehandler produces high levels of power and torque even at engine speeds as low as 1300rpm, DieselMAX can provide fuel-efficient matching of transmission and hydraulics.
JCB telescopic handlers enjoy proven demand supported by legendary productivity and build quality, ensuring high residuals the world over. DieselMAX can be adapted to run on lower-grade fuels, making Construction Loadalls easily resalable across different territories, boosting residuals further still.
A low boom profile and low boom pivot make for excellent rearward visibility on the JCB 535-95 telehandler, likewise the full set of side and rear-view mirrors. Because DieselMAX doesn’t use a DPF, the bonnet line is lower, improving both visibility and manoeuvrability.
The cab is Roll Over Protection System (ROPS) and Falling Objects Protection System (FOPS) certified, so operators are safe at all times. Sway frames enable an operator to make their telehandler absolutely level before commencing lifting.
To protect bystanders, a reverse alarm is standard-fit on the JCB 535-95 telehandler.
Our optional factory immobilisers can result in reduced insurance premiums. Your immobiliser is operated by a 4-digit code keypad that automatically arms itself after a set period of time following engine shutdown.
Hose burst check valves (HBCVs) are fitted as standard to the rams, preventing a collapse in the event of hose failure.
LiveLink tracking provides valuable real-time machine location data. Geofencing alerts help to ensure your machine is only used in specified areas.
Fluid filters (engine oil, hydraulic oil and fuel) are centrally located for fast, easy servicing. The air filter is easily accessible too, and its double-element design simplifies cleaning; yet another reason why JCB Construction Loadalls have best-in-class SAE serviceability ratings.
All daily checks and greasing on the JCB 535-95 telehandler can be performed at ground level. It’s also easy to fill the diesel tank from ground level.
You can access the battery easily on this telescopic handler (and without specialist tools) via a lockable cover that’s opened with the ignition key.
A dry lubricant system means the JCB 535-95 telehandler’s wear pads are extremely durable, with service intervals of 500 hours.
This telehandler doesn’t use DPF technology, so there’s no loss of productivity during the regeneration process, nor the extra expense of replacing a DPF.
To prove how good our DieselMAX engines are, we’ve tested them for 110,000 hours in 70 different machines across the toughest applications and environments.
The backlit switches on a JCB 535-95 Loadall telehandler are crystal clear, even in the dark. And new instruments and a hi-res TFT screen form an intuitive automotive-style layout.
A 7-speed fan heater creates the most comfortable, productive operator environment on board this telescopic handler.
Visibility is excellent, courtesy of direct glazing, a large roof screen and standard-fit tinted cab glass.
Roof bars are strategically placed for maximum visibility when placing at height. Choose cab, front and rear lights for ultimate visibility.
There are new single lever controls fitted to our latest Loadall range, including the 535-95. This innovation reduces operator fatigue by 8%, raising concentration levels and site safety.
